Whether you’re partnering with CitiTurf for tree trimming or to address an issue, we stand behind our tree services. If you notice an issue, we’ll work to make it right.
Our company’s offered a variety of tree services in McKinney for over two decades, and we’ve learned:
"Four months after we bought our home in Allen the two trees in the backyard looked like they were dying. We bought this home for the trees! CitiTurf discovered Oak Wilt and saved our trees."
It depends on how quickly your trees are growing, but we generally recommend tree trimming every 3-5 years. Our company trims trees up to 15 feet tall, which means we see our fair share of young trees and ornamentals that may need more frequent trims to keep their shape.
Give us a call or send us a text. One of our local team members
will recommend a trimming schedule based on your specific needs.
Absolutely. We want you to have clear, accurate information up front. Just call or text us. We’ll ask a few simple questions and either set up your inspection or give you an estimate.
No, we don’t offer a tree removal service.
Our arborists can help you figure out if there are any alternatives to tree removal and recommend additional tree care services your trees may need to help them recover from an emergency.
It depends on the services our professionals are taking care of for you. We’ll be able to give you a much clearer idea of how long our tree services will take when we give you your free estimate.
We strive to minimize disruptions to your day as much as possible, and many of our tree care services can be taken care of when you’re not home.
It can be tough to tell. Our certified arborists can visit your property and make a recommendation. The tree removal process isn’t something we take lightly, and we do our best to restore the health of your trees.
If you have a tree that seems like it might be diseased or dying, give us a call or send us a text.
It may surprise you to learn that tree care isn’t regulated in our area (or across Texas, for that matter).
We take the ongoing education of our team seriously, and safety is our top priority. We also want you to have accurate information up front. When you call or text for your free estimate, we’ll give you a clear scope of work and price with no strings attached.
