We really like the CitiTurf crew. They mow and edge, leaving our lawn looking nice. We've never come home to grass clippings scattered or sloppy work. They'll also do seasonal clean ups (brush trimming, leaf collection and so on) for an additional charge.

Could we do our lawn ourselves? Yes, but Cititurf's minimal fee definitely is worth the time we gain in not doing the work.

Bonus points: The office staff are easy to work with, helpful and can quickly adjust your scheduled mow or update cards on file.

I have paid CitiTurf maybe $3000-$4000 over the last 8-10 years, and while I know I might not be a huuuuge customer, this place is awful about treating their customers right.

I called in to see about getting my sprinkler line repaired. They just repaired one for me LAST year and help me just about every year. They no longer cut my grass because they dropped me as a customer one year because my lawn wasn't pulling in enough money for them. Thats fine I guess, business must be good. They still allowed me to schedule sprinkler fixes, until today...
Today they said they are booked out until June and refused to schedule me.

Stear clear of CitiTurf, they do not treat loyal customers right and might end up dropping you or refusing to serve you with very little warning. You need reliability and knowing that when you call your vendor that you've spent hard earned money on in the past, they will help you in your time of need, especially with sprinkler related problems. Not CitiTurf!

I have used them for years for lawn service. My yard is patchy and not green. They say it's from the bunnies and there is nothing they can do. I hired them to trim tress they over charged me by an hour.

Have CitiTurf service our lawn for almost 2 years. Very professional. Always keep us informed. Show up on time. If there were weather delay, we were informed ahead of time. Very happy with the service.

I've been using Cititurf for a few years now and I really like them. They do a great job with the weekly mow and I also use them for quarterly weed n feed. I've always been very happy with the service they provide and will keep using them for all my lawn maintenance needs.

We tried caring for our lawn ourselves for about a year but the weeds were winning. We've been CitiTurf customers for over 3 years now and happy to report that we love our lawn. Currently we use their lawn care service, weed and pest control. Weeds are gone and with the regular dependable care from CitiTurf, our lawn is pristine.

After 6 years using this service, they call me and tell me that they cannot service my lawn anymore because of labor issues. Note that they decided to tell me this the day that they were supposed to mow, on a Friday, leaving me without service until I could get a replacement service the next week.

Do not use this company. They constantly have issues getting hired labor and will just leave you hanging without service. Very unprofessional!

Generally pleased with CitiTurf lawn care. Nice even cutting with sharp blades. They add diagonal mowing to enhance the looks.
However, I will not use their plant landscaping services any longer. After finding bark spread on our driveway one morning I discovered they had cut our irrigation pipe removing a dead plant. When I called they advised they are not responsible for damage to landscape irrigation. Mistakes can happen but not taking responsibility is not acceptable.

Praise the Lord for CitiTurf. Helped with getting rid of weeds in grass. Helped make my yard look really nice. Hired them to help with weeds, but also used them to put a boarder around grass and apply mulch. Cut back all my bushes and pulled all the weeds in the planters. Joe came out again after the job was finished a few weeks later and emailed me giving me advice of how to get rid of the nasty weeds I have always growing in my planters. I cut my own grass and they really helped me fix the mess that I had. If you are looking for a great company to help you with your yard, give them a call.
